- Retrofit plates added to inside of existing foundation
- It’s gotten very hot in the house with no walls or roof to speak of and definitely no air conditioning
- Concrete work continues
- 1st inspection passed! – for foundation/slab
- Poured foundation for front addition, added footings for second story support
- Hold downs installed
- One of the cats successfully caught and killed a rat that got in through a small hole in the floor that hadn’t been patched yet
- Termite flashing, mud sills, girders and floor joists built for front addition
- Future water main supply and grounding wire added
