- Bought Subaru Outback family car, promptly used it to bring home building supplies
- Built another shed
- Submitted plans to San Jose Building Division for plan review of residential first floor addition and remodel and second story addition
- Addition and remodel to include: first floor addition and remodel – a remodeled kitchen, new living room, enlarged garage, new entry foyer and front porch. New second-floor – a primary bedroom suite with en suite bathroom, and two more bedrooms and a bath, laundry room, and playroom. House has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath; remodeled house will have 5 bedrooms and 3 baths
