- Roof completely removed
- Bedroom removed for front entry – have to be careful how many walls we remove, we are still living here and we don’t want the cats to escape!
- Moved back patio door over to new position
- 1st delivery of lumber $19,000
- Started reframing first floor to add an entry-way closet, additional windows
- Concrete work starts – removed old garage floor, dug holes for additional footings for second story support
- Added spacer beams to accommodate increase of ceiling height from 8’ to 9’.
