- 1st floor walls and sheathing done
- More lumber delivered, this time it’s for the second story
- Second story walls go up with the help of a wall jack and a lot of muscles
- 1st floor framing inspection – inspector was concerned about garage door opening leading us to add straps, clips, extra studs, and lag bolts. We are suspicious he was looking at the wrong code table, but nonetheless our garage is now ready for hurricane force winds.
